Is the product quality guaranteed?
Quality is our top priority, guaranteed by a multi-level quality control system:
• All products are sourced from large listed state-owned chemical enterprises, fully compliant with national standards and international specifications;
• We conduct daily inspections, full testing for each batch before shipment, and regular third-party random inspections;
• Re-inspection support is available after goods arrival to ensure only qualified products are delivered to customers.
Where are your cooperative factories located?
Our cooperative factories are located in major chemical production bases in China, including Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Tianjin, Zhejiang and Xinjiang. This geographical layout ensures stable raw material supply, sufficient production capacity and flexible logistics arrangements to meet your delivery requirements.
Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes, we provide full-cycle after-sales support for every order:
• A professional after-sales team is responsible for order tracking, logistics updates and quality problem handling;
• If any product problems occur after receiving the goods, we will provide solutions within 48 hours, including product replacement, refund or compensation in accordance with the agreement.

We can provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, MSDS and COA. We can also provide SGS, REACH, ECTN and other documents required by customers.
What payment terms do you accept?
We provide flexible payment methods to meet different customer needs, including T/T, L/C and other methods agreed by both parties. More favorable payment terms are available for long-term cooperative customers.
