The detergent industry is undergoing dual innovations in raw materials and formulas. Significant breakthroughs have been made in new surfactant technologies characterized by bio-based, low-foaming, easy-to-rinse, highly efficient decontamination, and environmental friendliness, providing safer and more efficient solutions for household washing, industrial cleaning, public facility cleaning, food processing, and other fields.
Bio-based surfactants are prepared from renewable resources such as vegetable oil, starch, and molasses through biological fermentation and enzyme catalytic processes. The production process features low energy consumption and low emissions, with a significantly lower carbon footprint than petroleum-based raw materials. This type of raw material has excellent wetting, penetrating, dispersing and emulsifying capabilities. It can achieve good decontamination effects with a relatively low dosage.
